11/15/2014 0 Comments Dear diaryI hate working out. One 'rest day' became over a week. There are times I've felt joy in it, but I don't know how to stay motivated. Maybe I need a wussier routine. I do know that if I don't aim for daily I lose interest and forget what I'm doing. I'll literally* eat a half if a pie then be all "oh yeah. I'm trying to lose weight. I forgot." That doesn't help with goals. . In other news, my kids are awesome. My husbands awesome. I feel pretty damn awesome. *not figuratively. Literally.
