11/4/2014 0 Comments Oh dear lordI got in day 2 yesterday and day 3 today of the YouTube playlist workout series I started. Jesus, Mary and Joseph my entire body is sore. My husband was sweet enough to participate for the last few days so I have someone to commiserate with. But, with extreme modifications to every move, I managed to keep moving for the entire 30 min (with the exception of moments when I became toddler climbing structure. What is it about a person in push up position that seems like a playground toy?).
